» Routine maintenance
» Turnkey service
» Emergency breakdown (24/365)
» Pump installation and startup
» Warranty claims

These people are dedicated for the performing the following duties:

» Field repair
» Alignment
» Vibration analysis
» Flow diagnostics with ultrasonic flowmeters
» Assembly/disassembly
» Preventative Maintenance Contracts
» Emergency repair

Field Service Engineers/Supervisors

These are fully trained (certified) and safety qualified field service engineers that are used to support the customer for:

» Supervision of installation, start-up, field testing, and mechanical service
» Commissioning
» Analytical and Diagnostic Services
» Analysis of  Complex drive trains
» Training On Site
» Root Cause Failure Analysis
» Rotating Equipment Asset Management
» Repairs and diagnosis of other centrifugal pump manufacturer’s equipment

Field Application Engineering Specialist

These are fully trained and safety qualified engineering staff that are used to support the customer for:

» Systems analysis and Trouble Shooting
» Reliability and Energy Improvement
» Engineering Application Assistance
» Installation analysis
» Total System Evaluation
» Hydraulic Re-rates and Upgrades
» Mechanical and Materials Upgrades and Retrofits
» Remanufacturing and rebuilds of rotating equipment
» Training On Site
