Fire Pump Technician Training 101

An immersive, hands-on training designed to build foundational knowledge in fire pump systems. Participants will explore fire pump components, NFPA 20 standards and configurations, pump assembly/disassembly techniques, diesel engine and controller operations, and performance testing. The course includes the opportunity to witness a factory performance test (Indianapolis location only), live demonstrations, and practical exercises to prepare technicians for real-world service and maintenance of fire pump systems.

Fire Pump Technician Testing and Maintenance 102

A comprehensive three-day training course designed for professionals responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and testing of fire pump systems. This hands-on program covers NFPA 25 inspection protocols, detailed pump maintenance procedures—including disassembly and alignment of vertical turbine, horizontal split case, and inline pumps—as well as controller and engine servicing, and full-scale pump testing and reporting. Ideal for technicians, facility managers, and fire protection professionals looking to deepen their expertise and ensure compliance with the latest standards.
